Can I Just Eat at the Hotel Bar?
The best-value seat in an expensive hotel is almost always the one nobody books.

Why it is cheaper
A short structural explanation: the bar’s covers are unpredictable, so its menu is built from the same mise en place at a lower labour cost per plate. Nothing is being downgraded. The economics are simply different.
